Requirements:

5+ years of experience in business analysis within the IT industry, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring teams. Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and translating complex business requirements into technical solutions, including both functional and non-functional requirements. Advanced communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with executive-level stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams. Ability to drive strategic direction by identifying new technical solutions and innovations that can be recommended to clients. Proficiency in creating comprehensive documentation, specifications, and user stories with a focus on enabling scalable and agile processes. Strong leadership and people management skills to lead teams , collaborate closely with technical teams, and ensure project success. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines. Experience with data visualization tools and working knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, or other project management platforms. Proven experience in managing and grooming junior BAs and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals. Strong expertise in stakeholder management , ensuring all business requirements are met while fostering positive relationships. Ability to drive continuous process improvements to streamline operations and enhance project delivery outcomes.
