Job description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• A Perform requirements studies, gap analysis, system analysis & design and prepare URS including functional/system design specifications for banking/lending system requirements.
• Achieve system deliverable targets together with cluster member of software development, quality assurance and business users in agile methodology by being a part of software development life cycle as a business system analyst.
• Perform Business Support activities, involving in user acceptance testing, troubleshooting and user training on banking/lending application systems.
• Interact with clients, vendors, internal teams in order to implement business solutions to the best satisfaction of stakeholders.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
• A Degree in Information Technology/computer science from a recognized university.
• Should have previous experience as a Business Analyst for a minimum of 8 years.
• Experience in a banking/financial industry is essential.
• Development experience with the relevant toolsets – SQL/JIRA.
• Possess excellent written & Verbal communication skill in English.
• Should have good presentation skills.
• Should be a good team player with the right attitude
