Job Description: Sales Executive for Online Classified Ads Platform
Overview: The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts for our online classified ads platform. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can effectively communicate the value of our platform to potential advertisers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation:
o Identify and target potential clients within various industries.
o Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and in-person meetings to generate new business.
o Develop and deliver sales presentations tailored to the client’s needs.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
o Understand clients’ advertising needs and provide appropriate solutions.
o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
3. Revenue Growth:
o Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
o Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
o Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
4. Account Management:
o Manage client accounts and ensure timely renewal of advertising contracts.
o Provide regular updates and reports to clients on campaign performance.
o Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
5. Collaboration:
o Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
o Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless onboarding and support for clients.
o Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
6. Reporting:
o Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
o Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the management team.
o Provide feedback and insights on sales performance and market trends to improve sales strategies.
