Infinite Business Ventures (Pvt) Ltd is an e-commerce company based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, established in 2020. We offer a range of high-quality products and services in healthcare and fashion for both men and women.

Responsibilities
• Support sales team with order processing and documentation
• Coordinate between sales, marketing, and logistics departments
• Maintain and update customer databases
• Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Proven experience in sales support or coordination
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Ability to handle customer inquiries & quotations coordinate with sales team.
• Computer Literacy & the ability to work independently.
• Maintaining databases and sales reports.
• Supports sales staff by providing sales data & Coordinating the sales team by filing important documents and communicating relevant information
