Job description
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the assessment of patients’ health status and document finding
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the registered nurse or physician
• Provide basic patient care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
Requirements:
• Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Proven 1 year of experience as a Junior Nurse or similar role is a plus
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
