Are you a creative and passionate designer looking to kick-start your career in the media industry? Cosmopolitan Sri Lanka is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Tribal Lanka Private Limited, the official licensee of Cosmopolitan in Sri Lanka.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a mix of digital and print designs, helping shape the visual identity of Cosmopolitan Sri Lanka. We’re looking for someone with fresh ideas, a strong eye for design, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in designing layouts for both the digital and print editions of Cosmopolitan Sri Lanka.

2. Create engaging social media graphics, website assets, and promotional materials.

3. Work closely with the design and editorial teams to ensure all visuals align with the Cosmopolitan brand.

4. Support the team in brainstorming creative ideas for campaigns and editorial features.

5. Stay updated with design trends to bring fresh, innovative concepts to the magazine and digital platforms.

6. Ensure consistency in design elements across different platforms.

7. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

8. Organise and maintain digital assets and design files for future use.

9. Collaborate with senior designers to develop your skills and refine your design techniques.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

• Basic understanding of magazine layout, typography, and digital design.

• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus but not required.

• A strong eye for detail and creativity.

• Ability to take direction, learn quickly, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
