The Job:
1. Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Offboarding
• Initiate the recruitment process based on management requests.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement compensation plans.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new recruits.
• Manage employee documentation and maintain accurate personnel files.
• Coordinate contract renewals and ensure timely processing.
• Facilitate the offboarding process for departing employees.
2. Consultancy Management
• Manage consultancy contracts and payment processes.
3. Employee Engagement
• Conduct employee engagement surveys to identify needs and preferences.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Collect and analyze employee feedback for continuous improvement.
4. Learning & Development
• Perform training needs analysis to identify skill gaps.
• Design and execute comprehensive training plans.
• Conduct evaluations of training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the project management team to track Microsoft certification and training progress.
5. Payroll Management
• Collect salary inputs and coordinate with the payroll team for processing.
6. Policy Management
• Distribute updated policy documents and get acknowledgments.
7. HR Operations
• Manage day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Oversee employee insurance plans and ensure compliance.
• Issue official letters in response to employee requests.
• Maintain the employee database and organizational chart.
• Provide employees with IDs, T-shirts, and business cards.
• Coordinate and support internal audits.
• Track all HR processes.
The Person:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or a professional qualification in Human Resources (e.g., CQHRM, PQHRM).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in human resources, including at least 1 year as a Junior Executive.
• Experience in the IT sector is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficient in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS & applicant tracking systems, etc.).
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for creating reports and presentations.
