JUNIOR EXECUTIVE – HR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in creating job descriptions, posting vacancies, and sourcing candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and contribute to developing recruitment strategies.
• Prepare and manage personal files of employees.
• Oversee exit processes, maintain the attrition database, and finalize related documentation.
• Support the completion of the probation process in alignment with company policies.
• Prepare and submit timely management reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a professional qualification in HRM.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS systems is an advantage.
