Role Overview:

We are seeking motivated individuals for the position of Junior Executive in Finance. This role plays a vital part in supporting the financial operations within the construction industry, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working in the finance sector of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports, providing insights into the financial performance of construction projects.

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the development and monitoring of project-specific budgets and assist in preparing financial forecasts for decision-making.

• Data Analysis: Conduct basic financial analysis to support project planning and identify opportunities for cost savings.

• Process Improvement: Help identify opportunities for improving financial processes and efficiency, with a focus on construction finance.

• Collaboration: Work with finance teams and project managers to support financial planning and analysis efforts.

• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of basic financial principles, with an interest in construction finance and project management.

Typical Background:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the construction industry.

• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or compliance will be an asset.
