JOB PURPOSE

As a Junior Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in our company’s growth by building and managing relationships with potential clientele, maintaining a database, and developing a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction. Your ability to analyze the market, establish competitive advantages, and work with diverse teams to ensure the process of the company is in line will be crucial to our success. You will also need to be a good team player, have excellent attention to detail, and possess the skills to prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Build and cultivate strong relationships with potential clients to drive business growth

· Maintain consistent contact with existing clients to foster long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction

· Analyze market trends and conduct competitor research to identify opportunities and establish competitive advantages

· Develop and implement a strategic growth plan that focuses on both financial gain and customer satisfaction

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our company’s processes are efficient and effective

· Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations on our products and services to potential clients

· Track and report on sales, revenue, and other key performance indicators to measure success and inform future strategies

· Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities

· Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment by sharing knowledge and expertise with teammates

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

· Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Management, or Marketing

· Professional qualifications in CIM, SLIM, or equivalent qualification

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities

· Excellent communication skills in English to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders

· Proficiency in MS Office/Word/PowerPoint package and CRM software

· Exposure to Digital Marketing would be advantageous

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all business operations

· Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player

· Passion for learning and continuously developing skills to drive business growth

· Age below 28 years preferred
