Job description
We are looking to hire a “Junior Accounts Executive” for one of our clients.
Qualifications:
• Should have completed G.C.E (A/L)
• Previous experience in accountancy
• High Computer literacy with Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries and general ledger updates.
• Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis.
• Reporting: Support the preparation of financial reports, including monthly and quarterly statements.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, filing, and scheduling.
