Job Profile
• Assist with recruitment processes for Executive and senior-level positions.
• Support with drafting job advertisements and posting job openings.
• Participate in candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and background research.
• Maintain and update recruitment records and databases.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Personal Profile
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
