Role Summary
As a Solutions Engineering Intern, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and troubleshooting enterprise-level workflow solutions aimed at automating daily manual processes in the banking, insurance, and manufacturing sectors. Your contributions will be vital in digitizing traditional business practices and aiding customers in their transition to paperless operations.
Job Description
• Design and Development: Create and maintain scalable, robust workflow solutions tailored to meet enterprise needs.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues in existing workflow processes to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Documentation: Assist in documenting workflow processes and technical specifications for future reference and scalability.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and efficiency of automated processes.
• User Support: Provide end-user support during testing phases and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities for enhancing and automating business processes.
Person Specification
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Good understanding of workflow automation tools and technologies. (Eg: BPMN)
• Good understanding in programming languages such as Java, NodeJS and JavaScript.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and as a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Eager to continuously learn and challenge yourself in a dynamic environment.
• Having Any Real-world freelance experience(any programming related) is a plus.
• Experience with any no-code / low-code platform (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform) is advantageous.
