Job Description
• Assist in identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform product development. You will be responsible for collaborating with other product management team members who will work on conceptualizing products. From designing user journeys, to delivering an MVP, you will be involved in continuous product discovery
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for product improvements and new features
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare product presentations and demos for potential clients
• Create compelling presentations and reports to communicate research findings, product updates, and business recommendations
• Work closely with product managers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives
• Assist in maintaining and updating product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and specifications
Person Specification
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Technology, Technology Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong ability to analyze data and present findings clearly and concisely
• Understanding of design thinking principals, and Ability to critically analyse and solve user problems
• Proficient in conducting market research and competitive analysis
• Familiarity with design and ideation tools (e.g., Draw.io) data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint), product/project management tools (e.g., JIRA, confluence, Aha!)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations. Ability to convince and influence
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work deliverables
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
