We seek a creative and motivated Graphic Design and Video Intern to join our marketing team. In this role, you will assist in creating visually engaging content across various platforms. Your work will support our marketing, product marketing, and growth initiatives, helping us craft compelling visuals and videos that drive brand awareness and audience engagement. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in graphic design, video production, and digital marketing in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
• Assist in developing a deep understanding of the company’s branding and product messaging.
• Support creating engaging visual content for various marketing initiatives, including graphics, videos, and animations.
• Help create and execute a social media content strategy, including designing visuals and editing videos for a minimum of 3 posts per week to grow audience engagement.
• Work alongside subject matter experts to gather material and support the development of visual content for blogs, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
• Assist the co-founders in designing branded materials such as proposal presentations and pitch decks.
• Work closely with design and IT teams to produce visuals and multimedia content for social media and events like trade shows (e.g., London Tech Week).
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to pitch visual content ideas that align with growth strategies and company culture.
• Help monitor and report on the performance of visual content, assisting in adjusting strategies to optimize engagement and reach based on analytics and KPIs.
Qualifications
• Some experience or academic background in graphic design, video production, or a related field, preferably with exposure to an IT or tech company environment.
• 6 months experience in graphic design or video content creation, with a strong portfolio of samples showcasing your work.
• Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Ability to quickly understand brand guidelines and create visually engaging content that aligns with company messaging.
• Willingness to collaborate with multiple teams (e.g., marketing, design, IT) and meet deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, and social media platforms, and an understanding of content formats optimized for engagement.
