Intern – Data Analyst

Job description
Role Overview: We’re seeking a Data Analyst Intern to gain practical experience in data analysis, warehousing, visualization, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities as an Intern – Data Analyst:
• Support and contribute to data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and data visualization tasks
• Help analyze data, identify trends, and prepare basic reports.
• Learn and apply SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Assist in troubleshooting data-related issues.
• Participate in documentation and team collaboration

Qualifications:
• Pursuing/holding a degree in Software Development, Data Science, or a related field
• Knowledge of data warehousing principles (ETL, dimensional modeling).
• Familiarity with data visualization and tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Google Data Studio.
• Understanding of data analysis and SQL.
• Proficiency in Data Tools such as Excel and SQL.
• Knowledge in R or Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with the basics of machine learning or predictive modeling is a plus.
