Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Management: Support recruiting efforts, coordinate interviews, and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth entry into our company culture and operations.
• Employee Development: Assist in identifying skill gaps, coordinating professional development opportunities, and enhancing performance evaluation programs.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage HR documents (e.g., employment contracts and organizational charts), and update internal databases. Ensure legal compliance in all HR activities.
• Culture Ambassador: Foster Salus’s company culture among staff by organizing team-building activities and channels for feedback. Advocate for employee well-being and satisfaction.
• Strategic Support: Collaborate with senior HR management in developing organizational guidelines, handling employee relations issues, and implementing strategic HR projects and initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in an HR role within the software/tech industry.
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.) and understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office; hands-on experience with HRIS or HRMS is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
