About The Role:
Xitricon is a consulting, technology and digital transformation services company, headquartered in Dubai, UAE.
We are actively looking for Associate consultant-IFS HR Consultant with a strong background of domain knowledge for HR Function and processes.. In this role, you will be exposed to IFS latest versions like Aurena ,Cloud and other emerging technologies. This role may require interaction with customers and within a team. Individual must have good communication, and execution skills
Responsibilities:
2-3 Years of experience as a human resources professional who helps align an organisation’s people strategy with their business strategy.
Expertise on Payroll, Time management system, Performance Management and other hr functions
Must be open to travelling.
Preferred Qualification: Bachelors or master’s in Human Resource.
Summary Job Description:
1. Responsible for end to end implementation and support activities on IFS Applications.
2. Responsible for creating user manuals and project documentation.
3. Interact with Technical team and help them in Reports generation and other technical
related activities.
4. Actively participate in all projects related activities.
