Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Specialist role located on-site in Colombo. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
• Human Resources (HR) and HR management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration
• Personnel management expertise
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant HR certifications are a plus
