Location – HR Factory team Horana

◾ Graduate in Human Resources/Management or equivalent professional qualification

◾ Available to work full-time

◾ 6 months – 1 year of prior experience in HR & Employee Relations

◾ Strong bias for action with the ability to complete tasks within given timelines

◾ Ability to work with multiple stakeholders with a strong learning mindset

Package – 80,000 LKR (Gross)
