Job Summary: As the HR Manager for our Forex company, you will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training and development, talent management, and compensation.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Performance Management:

Develop and implement performance management systems to track employee performance and facilitate continuous improvement.

Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees and managers.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and organize training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Develop career paths and succession plans.

Employee Relations:

Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts or grievances effectively.

Compensation and Benefits:

Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring equity and competitiveness.

Monitor salary structure and benefits programs to ensure they align with organizational goals and budget.

HR Administration:

Maintain employee records and HR systems.

Prepare reports and metrics for senior management as needed.

HR Strategy and Compliance:

Develop HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations pertaining to HR practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the financial services or Forex industry.

Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, performance management, training, etc.) and best practices.

Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrable leadership abilities and strategic mindset.

BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field; additional HR certifications are a plus.

P.S. Mandatory conditions :

1. HR manager with minimum 3 years of experience in FOREX, TRADING ONLINE, STOCK MARKET call centers
2. From COLOMBO Sri Lanka
3.Needs to know local laws / rules regarding labor contracts, payrolls
4.Advanced level of English speaking
5.Needs to know good accounting firms / needs to have contacts of ex senior sales agents / databases with top employees
