Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role at International Institute of Health Sciences (IIHS) located in Wattala. The HR role involves managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills.
• Personnel Management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Diploma or HR related qualification.
• Certifications in HR management is a plus.
