Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to our mission of fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing materials and conducting orientation sessions.
• Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR database and assist with data entry.
• Help in reviewing and updating HR policies and employee handbooks.
• Support the HR team with various administrative tasks, including filing, document preparation, and answering employee inquiries.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
