Bio Foods (Pvt) Ltd. is a dedicated organic and fair-trade company based in Sri Lanka established in 1993. The company is registered under the Fair-trade Labeling Organization (FLO) and is a member of the International Federation (FLO) and also is a member of the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM). We are engaged in processing and exporting organic and fair-trade tea, spices, coconut products and perishable items such as curry leaves and lemon grass which are being processed in our own processing units.
We are currently on the lookout for an exceptional, dynamic and energetic individual to join our team in the capacity of Human Resources Intern.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
• Assist the recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain HR records and databases
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team
• Participate in HR projects and events as needed
• Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Qualifications & Skills Required
• A final year undergraduate pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management or a fresh graduate in the field of HRM
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Being proficient in Microsoft Office Package
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Being enthusiastic for learning and growing in the field of HR
• Close proximity to Gampola
