HR Intern / Talent Management Intern
Remote – Unpaid
Duration – 6 months

The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and candidate screening.
2. Participate in conducting interviews and assessments for potential hires.
3. Provide support in employee onboarding and orientation processes.
4. Contribute to HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records and documentation.
5. Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives and events.
6. Assist in HR projects related to policy updates, training programs, and performance management.
7. Handle general HR inquiries and provide support to employees.
8. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
– Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
