We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Operations Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes and operations while contributing to our team’s success.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with HR operations such as employee records management, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Support the recruitment process including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating assessments.
• Help organize and maintain HR documents and employee files (both digital and physical).
• Assist with onboarding new employees and help facilitate orientation programs.
• Provide administrative support in HR-related projects and initiatives.
• Participate in organizing HR events and activities.
