Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Executive role at P.B.K Industries(pvt)ltd in Warakapola, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for handling various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Certification in HR management is a plus
