We are looking for an HR Executive to support key HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with Sri Lankan labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Executive will play a crucial role in HR operations, including but not limited to:
• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Handle employee onboarding, training, and orientation programs.
• Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax and labor laws.
• Assist in benefits administration, leave management, and attendance tracking.
• Address employee concerns and coordinate engagement activities.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across the organization.
• Organize and support performance evaluation processes.
• Assist in HR-related reporting and analytics.

Requirements

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

✔️ 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an IT/software company.

✔️ Knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices.

✔️ Strong organizational and administrative skills.

✔️ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
