We’re a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka and looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for a leading FMCG company based in Nuwara Eliya District. The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will be critical in aligning HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor and consultant to the management team, providing strategic HR support, fostering a positive work environment, and driving organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Employee Relations: Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing expert guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Performance Management: Drive the performance management process, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating professional development.
• Talent Management: Support talent acquisition and retention efforts, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• Change Management: Lead and manage HR-related change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Compliance: Ensure HR practices and policies comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Learning & Development: Identify and implement training programs to support employee growth and organizational development.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
