Intern – Human Resources
Facilitate recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and supporting onboarding activities. Assist in organizing events and programs, including career fairs and engagement activities, and coordinate data collation and analysis from training, interviews, and exit interviews.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding documentation and activities to help ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Assist in organizing events and programs, such as career fairs, company engagement activities, and coordinate other initiatives when needed.
• Coordinate the collation and analysis of data from training and development sessions, interviews, and exit interviews.
• Identify and propose continuous improvement projects and automation initiatives within the HR department to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Candidate Profile
• Part/ fully completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Enthusiastic about connecting with people, possessing a friendly attitude, and driven by a passion for building a career in Human Resources.
• Demonstrates strong communication, time management, and leadership skills.
• Possesses analytical abilities to interpret data and extract valuable insights.
