The job holder is required to handle the HR and Administrative function at our office. We are looking for a result-oriented individual to join for the following position
Key tasks and responsibilities:
• Oversee and ensure accurate leave, time and attendance data capturing and monitor monthly transactions for accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll
• Conduct on boarding process of new employees
• Manage talent acquisition process by drafting advertisements, shortlisting candidates
• Identifying training needs, coordinate and arrange training facilities, monitor training programs to ensure that training objectives are met
• Assist on employee succession planning
• Strong work ethics
• Ensure legal compliances at all times, liaise with labour related regulatory bodies and lawyers
• Assist in formulating HR policies, strategies, systems, processes, practices and tactics
• Conduct the annual performance and reward management process
• Develop HR reports and provide decision support through HR practices
• Age between 25-35 below
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• 2+ years of working experience as an HR Executive, HR Analyst
• Experience in marketing is an added advantage
• Working experience with the Human Resources Management software like Jobsoid
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle
• Ability to work in a critical environment
• Exceptional active listening skills
• Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills
• Good conflict resolution ablities
• Ability to work as a part of a team
• Ability to manage time efficiency
• Good verbal and written communication skills (English/Tamil/Sinhala) with the ability to draft, translate update HR related documents
