HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER -(WATTALA)
Key Responsibilities
• Align HR strategies with the business objectives of the respective Business Unit (BU) to support organizational goals.
• Act as a consultant to management on HR related matters while championing employee engagement and facilitating organizational change.
• Assess HR needs within the BU and collaborate with the HR Operations Team and BU leaders to develop integrated HR solutions.
• Design and execute talent development plans, performance management processes and handle disciplinary and grievance procedures effectively.
Key Requirements
• Dynamic individual with a degree in HRM from a recognized university and/or a professional qualification in HRM from a recognized institute. MBA is preferred.
• 05-06 years’ experience as a HR Generalist or HRBP in a reputed organization. Healthcare related experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a pro-active approach to organizational challenges.
• Salary 250K-300K (Negotiable)
