Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Operations Specialist. The role involves assisting with HR policies, managing employee relations, and HR operations management on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR team members and senior management
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR) or related field
• Experience in the advertising industry is a plus
