Designation Recruitment & Training Executive
Department Crewing International Fleet
Company CMA Ships Lanka
01 Apply all CMA Ships Lanka’s policies & procedures
02 Manage the recruitment of seafarers as per MAA and KPI
03 Develop recruitment strategies and engage in recruitment activities / events
04 Follow up on the vacancies in the upcoming 30 and 60 days
05 Handle job advertisements
06 Review application forms
07 Check whether candidates meet the Company’s criteria
08 Verify candidates’ certificates / documentations
09 Plan and arrange interviews
10 Follow up on the vacancies in the upcoming 30 and 60 days
11 Update records in TOUCH
12 Manage all applicants records
13 Work closely with team members responsible for planning to ensure no vacancies
14 Coordinate trainings locally and with CSS
15 Act as Data Protection Officer (DPO)
16 Perform other tasks and duties that may be assigned by Chief Operating Officer
