Designation Junior Recruitment & Training Executive

Department Crewing International Fleet

Company CMA Ships Lanka

Main Responsibilities

01 Apply all CMA Ships Lanka’s policies & procedures

02 Search and access seafarers according to the Client’s and Company’s criteria 03 Engage in activities which would strenghten the recruitment capability

04 Follow up on the vacancies in the upcoming 30 and 60 days

05 Review application forms

06 Check whether candidates meet the Company’s criteria

07 Verify candidates’ certificates / documentations

08 Assist with planning and arranging interviews

09 Manage all applicants’ records

10 Update records in TOUCH

11 Coordinate trainings locally and with CSS

12 Work closely with team members responsible for planning to ensure no vacancies

13 Perform other tasks and duties that may be assigned by Senior Recruitment & Training Executive
