# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
➤ Diploma / Ceritificate in HRM from a recognized university or
professional body.
➤ A minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing
organization in a similar capacity is highly preferred.
➤ Familiarity with labour laws and regulations in Sri Lanka.
➤ Should be a self-motivated and result-oriented individual.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to
detail.
➤ Ability to work with minimum supervision.
➤ Proficiency in MS Office applications.
➤ Age below 30 years.
