Hr Intern – Hris System Implementation Support – Ratmalana

# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

✪ Assist in The Configuration and Customization of The Hris System to
Align with Our Organization’s Needs.
✪ Provide Technical Support and Troubleshooting Assistance to Users
During the Implementation Phase.
✪ Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to Ensure Seamless
Integration of The Hris System with Existing Processes.
✪ Conduct Training Sessions for Employees on How to Effectively
Utilize the New Hris System.
✪ Assist in Data Migration and Ensure Data Accuracy Throughout the
Implementation Process.
✪ Contribute to The Development of User Documentation and Training
Materials.

# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

✪ Age Below 28 Years.
✪ Partial Qualification in Hr (degree/diploma) Preferred.
✪ Passion for Hr Technology and Willingness to Learn.
✪ Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
✪ Ability to Work Effectively in A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
✪ Detail-Oriented with Excellent Organizational Skills.
✪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
✪ Prior Experience with Hris Systems Is a Plus, but Not Required.
✪ Ability to Work Well Within a Team Environment.
✪ Availability to Join the Team as Soon as Possible.
