Kingteza Software Solutions – Human Resource – Intern
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources while working within a dynamic software company environment.
Durations
6 Months
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing recruitment processes and job postings
• Help coordinate interviews and candidate communication
• Support in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in onboarding processes for new employees
• Help organize HR-related events and activities
• Contribute to HR administrative tasks and data management
• Support in creating and updating HR policies and procedures
Requirements
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong interest in HR and people management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
