Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an HR Intern at Formix in Colombo. The HR Intern will be involved in HR management, policy development, employee benefits administration, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing HR policies and managing employee benefits
• Knowledge of personnel management practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
