HR Executive – Learning and Development

Job description
We are a recruitment company based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and we are currently looking for a HR Executive – Learning and Development for or a reputed logistics company in Sri Lanka.

Job Role.
• Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the organization’s goals.
• Identify training needs through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Support employee growth by providing guidance on career development opportunities.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in learning and development or a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training software.
