Key Responsibilities:
📋 Represent HR at the Makandura factory and report to HQ
🤝 Handle employee grievances effectively
🔍 Manage recruitment for non-executive roles
💼 Provide worker details for payroll processing
🎓 Organize training programs with HQ support
📁 Maintain HR documentation
🏭 Oversee daily HR & Admin operations
What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Bachelor’s in HR or Business Management
🗓️ 2+ years in HR (factory experience is a plus!)
📜 Knowledge of HR functions & labor laws
🗣️ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
🏡 Based near Makandura, Pannala
