Job description
Job Role:
• Assist with attendance management.
• Support the preparation of letters, memos, disciplinary notices, and other documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment processes and induction programs.
• Maintain the HR database and manage personal files.
• Handle statutory documents such as EPF/ETF and ensure labor compliance.
• Monitor daily employee activities and address any misuse of company policies.
• Oversee other HR and administrative functions as required.
• Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Diploma or partial qualification in Human Resource Management.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Empathy and active listening skills to resolve employee relations matters.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
