Role Overview:
The HR & Admin Coordinator at Growth Inc. will play a pivotal role in managing our human resources and administrative functions. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for HR, a knack for organization, and a desire to contribute to creating a positive and productive workplace environment. You will be instrumental in handling various HR tasks, including employee onboarding, contract management, and maintaining a positive team culture, alongside managing administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and update employee contracts and documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Coordinate and plan team outings and company events, enhancing team morale and fostering engagement.
• Oversee calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external events, ensuring efficient time management.
• Manage attendance records, monitoring and reporting on team presence and absences accurately.
• Actively contribute to maintaining and promoting a positive team culture, initiating and implementing activities that build a supportive and collaborative environment.
• Manage petty cash and assist with financial administration tasks, ensuring proper handling and record-keeping.
• Lead HR projects, including recruitment processes, training programs, performance evaluations, and culture-enhancement initiatives.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for HR and administrative inquiries, providing timely and effective support to team members.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience (Minimum 1 year) in human resources and administration, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• HND, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and fostering teamwork.
• Solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various technological tools and platforms.
