• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote holiday packages, tours, and travel services to individuals, families, and groups.
• Identify and target new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, travel agents, and industry partners to increase sales and customer loyalty.
• Conduct consultations with customers to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements, and recommend suitable holiday options
• Present and promote holiday packages effectively through various channels, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to the needs and interests of prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to secure bookings and maximize revenue.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about destinations, accommodations, activities, and travel arrangements to clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of holiday experiences and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Proficiency in computer skills and experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
