Job description
Responsibilities:
• Formulate and execute strategies to drive revenue and market share growth
• Lead and coach the sales team, establishing objectives, providing direction, and promoting a high-performance culture
• Discover and pursue new business opportunities and markets to broaden product reach
• Develop and sustain strong client relationships, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs
• Work with marketing and product development teams to refine product offerings and enhance market positioning
• Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and pinpoint areas for growth or improvement
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to showcase products and services

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, CIM, or MBA with a focus in General or Marketing
• Demonstrated experience in sales management in HVAC Systems
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record in team-building
• Strategic and analytical thinking abilities
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proactive and collaborative approach in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales objectives
