Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead our human resources department. This strategic role will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and labour relation queries, while fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s objectives.

– Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent to meet organizational goals.

– Enhance employee engagement initiatives and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

– Oversee performance management processes and career development programs.

– Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

– Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a supportive environment.

– Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with business needs.

– Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.

– 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.

– Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

– Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and strategic talent management

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

– Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and influence at all levels.

– Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
