Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Human Resources, located in Colombo. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions including HR management, policy development, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Day-to-day tasks include managing the HR team, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations issues, and ensuring legal compliance in all HR practices.

Qualifications
• Strong background in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law and developing HR Policies
• Experience in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
• Proven experience in a senior HR role
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
