Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Head of Business Development to lead Nova Corp’s growth strategy, expand market presence, and establish strategic partnerships. This leadership role requires a visionary professional with a proven ability to drive revenue growth, lead high-performing teams, and create long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue and expand market share.
• Partnership Development: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including enterprise clients, technology vendors, and industry leaders.
• Sales Leadership: Oversee and optimize sales operations, set ambitious targets, and ensure consistent performance.
• Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities across industries and regions, driving Nova Corp’s footprint in the global market.
• Revenue Generation: Spearhead solution-based selling approaches to address customer challenges and deliver high-value solutions.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct research and competitive analysis to refine business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Leadership & Mentoring: Build and develop a high-performing business development team aligned with the company’s growth vision.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report insights to the CEO and leadership team.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic growth roles within the IT services industry.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and securing high-value partnerships.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing sales teams and enterprise accounts.
• Established network within the IT and managed services sector.
• Expertise in Cybersecurity, Software Services, and enterprise technology solutions.
• Exceptional negotiation, strategic planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
