Responsibilities:
• Business Development:
• The main focus will revolve around building a top class Microsoft Power Platform practice.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions. Develop and implement business growth strategies for tech and sustainability. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Marketing Operations:
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales. Coordinate marketing campaigns across different channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media. Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
• Operational Support:
• Serve as a trusted advisor and support the management team in daily operations and strategic initiatives. Facilitate communication and coordination across different teams and departments. Lead special projects and initiatives.
• Long-Term Leadership:
• Develop a deep understanding of the founder’s vision and strategic goals. Work towards taking over operational responsibilities and leading the organization in the future. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft products – mainly Microsoft Power Platform
• Proven experience in business development, marketing, and operations, preferably in tech.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English language is a must.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

• Competitive salary – LKR 150,000 – LKR 300,000/Month (Based on experience)
