Catalyst is a Tech/Management Consulting start-up (part of OpenCube Group) operating in Sri Lanka & UAE with the aim of supporting companies to improve their business practices. Our company focuses on providing consultancy services in Technology, Business process improvement & Digital transformation projects. We are seeking to expand our team and looking for a part-time graphic designer with a creative and innovative approach.

The role would best suit:

• Someone who loves relaying information in the form of art and design

Who would be an ideal candidate?
• Someone with a strong portfolio that demonstrates their skills, creativity, and ability to solve design challenges.
• Someone with Excellent IT skills, especially in design and photo-editing software
• Someone with the ability to create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate data and ideas.
• Someone with an understanding of design principles and techniques.
• Strong skills in typography, layout, and colour theory
• Someone with excellent communication skills
• Someone with a keen eye for detail
• Team player who will collaborate with other designers, developers, and team members.
• Someone with excellent time management skills.
• Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.

What your work would look like
• Conceptualize and develop design solutions for various projects
• Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and presentation slides, documents, tables, etc..
• Produce high-quality graphics and visual elements for different mediums, including print and digital
• Ensure designs meet project requirements and brand standards
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions
• communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.
